Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
