History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north to a Locksmith, Alex learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has achieved small success as a Locksmith.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a green vest and prefers red and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His tied-back hair is chestnut. He is baby faced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is lean but muscular and very much looks the part of a Slave Trader. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has brown eyes and a blue hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired him part-time. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
