Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.
