History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Trey is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and wants to work out more often
