History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Barber profession.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
