Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a Marshal first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'11". He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. His tied-back hair is red. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He takes great joy in being the best Crown-heir in town.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his brother
