He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Lewis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lewis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Dean took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business
