History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Guard mother left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
