Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
