History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Jocelyn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.
