History: Adam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the west to a Butcher, Geoffrey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Geoffrey was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to raise his children well
