Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A 6'4" southern man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Balimaar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: An older man who wears tattered old clothes, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are blue.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
