Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Gifted from a young age, Anthony studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anthony never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
