Description: This man wears dark leathers with embroidery, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Theodoric's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Glassblower in town.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Kyle was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kyle's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kyle never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. During his travels, Roland and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roland discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roland fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. During his travels, Adam and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic.
