Description: He wears a brown coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head, and he perpetually has his pickaxe ready. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Map Maker. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Description: He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He carries with him a set of greataxes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His head has been shaved. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Miles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears just a tan suit. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker tan hat.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Lance has worked very hard to control his curse. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Thomas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Aldous enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and wants a kiss

Ideals: Disciplined. Flaws: Ugly, Hedonist. Bonds: Poor. Occupation: Map Maker
