Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This malnourished man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arnold. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is red and curly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
