History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.
