History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tailor responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
