History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Roger lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a Spy, his father struggled to pay the bills. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
