Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Percival was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
