It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep yellow leather and dull red iron scale mail. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Henry lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in kukri use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly greatswords and rapiers. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
