History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Randal enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Randal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
