Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
