Personality: He is happy with his job as a Junk Dealer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the south to a Junk Dealer, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
