History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Tim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.
