History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He has green eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Raymond was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove his worth to the world
