History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He has a missing right leg. He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Chad studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Description: He is in excellent shape and dresses like a well dressed Miller does. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions
