Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His blonde hair is cut short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Chad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Chad. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
