Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gunter took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Justin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
