Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears bulky grey painted plate armor. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length red hair. He has amber eyes.

Personality: Rolf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Rolf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, brown shirt, and white tie, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He is physically well-built. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of whips on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Roland was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Voice: Speaks with lower jaw sticking out

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sellsword business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to settle down with his crush
