Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Jocelyn began to lead the lost caravan. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and someone believes him a fraud
