History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
