History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
