Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by drow. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
