History: Born in the east to a Crown-heir, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. William was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. He has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
