History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
