Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He wears his white hair up. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black hair is cut short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: Wymar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wymar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
