His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
