Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He wears long strands of aquamarine and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arnold. After months of barely getting by, Arnold managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
