He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
