Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He usually wears his black robe and has his falchion always slung over his shoulder. His hair is auburn and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Gerard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
