Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Gerard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Laborer father left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the east
