History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aldous grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sai with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His tied-back hair is brown. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Jocelyn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Body Guard like his father before him.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Spy, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hubert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
