Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and black handkerchief worn on his left side. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aldous grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aldous. Being a Roofer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing a long, tan cloak. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Richard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His head has been shaved. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Patrick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 71. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing, and is pretty ugly. He has shaved his head bald. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
