History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
