History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Frederick reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alexandre is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Alexandre studied abroad. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Miller. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
