History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
