History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Chad isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the west to a Interpreter, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is wracked by social anxiety
