Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.
