History: Bernard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
